Permission is granted to use AutoUGC and all generated ad creatives for commercial purposes, including but not limited to paid advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and public display. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You own all rights to the ad creatives generated through AutoUGC and may use them commercially without restriction. However, under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in AutoUGC
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense AutoUGC's software or platform
• Use AutoUGC to generate content that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from AutoUGC's platform materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content generated through AutoUGC remains your property. However, you grant AutoUGC a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoUGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

AutoUGC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
